A newly unsealed complaint filed by the attorney general of Colorado alleges that College Amercia/Stevens Henager systematically deceived students in Colorado and Wyoming.

The schools, which have enrolled more than 8,600 students in the two states since 2006, "deceptively market their degree programs and mislead students about the likelihood that graduates will earn more money and obtain better jobs with a College America degree," among other wrongdoing,  according to the complaint filed by Colorado Attorney General John W.  Suthers.
